The ZDS tanker wash bay specializes in washes to the inside of your food-grade transport tanker. The wash system is completely automated and fully programmable to accept any wash criteria you need. For example, customers can choose the type of wash, chemical concentration, step duration, and temperature (up to 180 degrees).

One of the popular washes offered is a Kosher maintenance wash. For other wash types which require a caustic, acid or sanitizer, the chemicals used are provided by Ecolab and are Kosher certified. See our Kosher Letter of Certification here, and  notice that our passivation process is also Kosher certified.  In addition, our process is certified organic by the Maine Organic Farmers and Gardeners Assoc. and the USDA.
