ZDS performs routine maintenance on the stainless steel portion of the tanker including gasket replacement, valve and vent repair, rust removal, and unit ID replacement. We inventory a wide range of gaskets, O-rings, OEM valve parts, and vents. All gaskets are EPDM food-grade compliant.

Prior to installation, all gaskets and parts are hand-cleaned using Ecolab’s Quorum Yellow foaming alkaline detergent, and sanitized using Ecolab’s Oxonia Active, a peroxyacetic acid, antimicrobial agent. These agents are the gold standard in the food and beverage processing industries. Both are Kosher certified.
